Niki Price is a communications and development professional who spent 14 years as the executive director of the Lincoln City Cultural Center, a rural nonprofit presenting concerts, exhibits, festivals, classes and community enrichment inside the historic Delake School. Her tenure included the successful completion of the Cultural Plaza project, a $4 million outdoor improvement that brought access, beauty and public art to the 2.5 acres around the center.
Price has served on the boards of the Oregon Cultural Trust, Lincoln County Cultural Coalition and Lincoln City Public Art Committee, and in 2025 took a “political sabbatical” to serve as a legislative assistant to Rep. David Gomberg at the Capitol in Salem.
She has a background in theater and community journalism and, with her husband Dave, is the co-founder of the Oregon Coast TODAY. She is an advocate for arts, culture and heritage projects, knowing that they are drivers of economic development and community wellbeing — but also, that creative expression is a good unto itself.
